3G is an award-winning broadcast engineering services company that specializes in providing RF products and services for live remote sports, entertainment, and news productions. That said, at our core, we are a people company.

Our 3G Team

Greg has left his mark on the broadcast industry for over 40 years, pioneering technology such as the Americas Cup Yacht cameras, Providing wearable cameras for the Red Bull Space Jump and the first complete golf course coverage with a handheld RF camera. He has been at the helm of 3G since 2002 and continues to utilize his B.S. Electronics Engineering degree from University of Auckland.

Greg Robinson
Founder/Owner

Gil literally changed that way we view live sports broadcasts on television just over 20 years ago. He has invented and designed specialty POV cameras for many different applications including NASCAR, Baseball, IMSA, NFL Pylons just to name a few. He holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Nimes, France, but he also possesses that "outside of the box" creative sense that you can’t teach.

Greg began his career in electronics and RF for the Federal Government. With over 30 years in the Broadcast Industry, he excels technically and pieces together solutions, with ease and simplicity.

Carla’s drive at achieving business objectives and her proven ability to excel in operations, achieving short and long-term goals makes her a true asset to the 3G team. Combined with her degree in business and recruiting expertise, she has been serving client organizations for over 27 years. Exceeding client expectations is her passion.

Carla Massarini
Vice President of Marketing & Operations

Danny brings over 30 years of experience in both engineering and management to 3G. He has been instrumental in the design and integration of POV cameras used in motorsports, as well as successfully managing a business with over $30M in revenue. Danny possesses both an Electronics Engineering Technology degree and a B.S. in Business and Finance from WG University. His financial focus helps to guide strategic decisions and business development for 3G.

Chris has over 32 years of business management experience. Past accomplishments include the successful transition of a physical inventory of over 10,000 items to a Web Based on-line sales model. Chris’ immense amount of general management experience covers the financial, business, and operations sectors. In her role at 3G Media, Chris continues to draw upon her strategic decision-making skills to drive the company’s success.

Christine Gresh
Sr. Business Manager

Jeremy brings fresh perspectives to manufacturing, building, and the production logistics of our equipment and services. With over 15 years in the entertainment / media & production industries, he adds a dynamic approach and a passion for growth. A production manager for seven years with the Original RF Company, he later led a team that installed a NGS (news gathering system) in five major Australian cities.

For over 35 years in the broadcast industry, Mike Hampton has been involved in providing point of view and up-close camera shots that provided the TV audience with action packed moments. Mike’s attention to detail and continual drive towards perfection is why he has a reputation as one of the best in the business. His electronics degree and decades of experience are an invaluable resource when quoting, building, and operating remote jobs.

Neil began with us as a freelancer in 2005 and became a full employee in 2018. He has taken charge as an RF EIC on IMSA, and on our NHRA drag racing series. With Neil’s intuitive TV production knowledge, he can customize a single, or a multi-zone ground-based receive system to deliver broadcast quality RF signals at any event. With Wisycom audio systems, he can design a system tailored to any need – multiple reporter packs to a single stick mic, using Dante, MADI, or even standard analog audio. It’s his passion and it’s our game!

Neil Lague
Sr. RF Audio Engineer

Lindsey’s B.A. degree in media and communications from Salisbury University is a perfect fit for 3G Media. She is the face of the company and is the first voice you hear when calling 3G. She is responsible for social media content, crewing and in general looking after remote operations logistics. Lindsey’s work history has always found her gravitating towards a customer facing role, one in which she excels in.

2023 Football Season

3G officially kicked off the fall football season by providing state of the art wireless line to gain (LTG) pylons and crew for Amazon Prime Thursday Night Football produced by NBC, FOX Sports Sunday games, and College Football for Raycom Sports.

2023 Maryland Cycling Classic

3G provided three moto cameras, one helicopter camera and three RF cameras, as well as the entire broadcast crew for the Maryland Cycling Classic. 3G co-produced this event with 39T Digital.
